🎨 Welcome to Our Art Therapy Streams! 🎨

Hello everyone! We hope you’re having a good day. As a channel dedicated to promoting positive mental health, we understand that we all have our own battles that we often keep to ourselves. In an effort to provide a supportive and therapeutic space, we’ve decided to start hosting art therapy streams.

Art is a powerful tool for self-expression and can be incredibly therapeutic. It’s a way to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and other psychological issues. So, we invite you to take a moment to breathe, relax, and paint with us. Whether you’re an experienced artist or a beginner, there’s a place for you here.

If you’re interested, you can join us in painting by numbers using this link. But don’t worry if that’s not your thing. You’re welcome to paint, sketch, draw, or engage in any form of art you prefer. We plan on hosting these streams on both weekends and weekdays, so let us know if this is something you’d like to participate in.
