💛Sometimes we get so used to being the caregiver that we forget to take time out for ourselves! After too long, our bodies will be out of energy and break down until we listen!

💚We tend to live busy lives & while it can be hard to carve out time for self care, it is absolutely necessary!

💛Each day try to find a few moments to do something just for you.if that is hard to do with a busy schedule, then try for a few times a week or maybe on the weekends, etc.

💚Here’s a journal prompt that you can use to explore this idea more & come up with a plan to include self care activities to your schedule:

1. Think about what you’ve done recently that is positive self-care.
2. Write down your positive self-care activities.
3. Plan what you will do today for self-care.
